3D Printing

Strong Parts

We use Markforged 3d printers to produce strong, functional parts with exceptional surface finish.
Continuous fibre reinforced 3D printing offers several advantages over traditional 3D printing methods. It allows for the creation of stronger, more durable parts with improved mechanical properties. This is achieved by reinforcing the base Onyx material with continuous fibres of carbon fibre, fibreglass, or Kevlar, which provide enhanced structural integrity.
Additionally, continuous fibre reinforcement can lead to weight reduction and increased design flexibility. Overall, this technology is ideal for applications that require high-performance parts with complex geometries.

Prototype Prints

3D printing is a cost-effective and efficient way to create prototypes as it allows for the quick production of complex shapes and designs. It also allows for easy modification and iteration during the design process. By using 3D printing for prototyping, you can save time and money before machining the final product.
